The PT19 takes place from 5 to 8 of June. Please book your return flight for the 9th, its the travel day and we have no activities or shows planned on this day. The platform starts on the 5th at 4pm with the first performance. If you would prefer to arrive on the 4th already, we can provide hotel already from this day on.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Travel<\/span><\/h2>\n

Please do your pre-registration through the register page. We will confirm it a few days later.<\/p>\n

As soon as it will be confirmed, please book your flight to\u00a0Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport<\/b>. A transport (taxi or minibus) will be waiting for you in on your arrival. We will have a meeting point in the arrival hall at the airport. You can find it if you look for the logo of PT19. If you arrive at terminal 2, please take the shuttle to terminal 1 and meet us in the arrival hall of Terminal 1.
\nWe will organize the transports from and back to the airport as soon as we have your travel details.<\/p>\n

Office<\/span><\/h2>\n

Office and meeting point\/bar are in town, in the former\u00a0Hospital of Montemor-o-Novo, Largo Gen. Humberto Delegado, the temporary headquarters of O Espa\u00e7o do Tempo<\/b>. Here you will meet the team and can pick up your tickets, badge, program and get all the assistance you need.<\/p>\n

Fee and Payment<\/span><\/h2>\n

Once your registration online is confirmed, we will provide the details for the payment of your participant fee of\u00a0200\u20ac<\/b>. We will send you a confirmation sheet where we also collect your travel details and invoice data.\u00a0 <\/span>We will send your receipt via e-mail and, if you need, hand you another copy at the welcome desk.<\/p>\n

The fee covers:
\n\u2022 up to 4 nights hotel + breakfast
\n\u2022 all the tickets for the shows
\n\u2022 all meals (lunch and dinner)
\n\u2022 local transport and transfers from\/to the airport<\/p>\n

Hotel<\/span><\/h2>\n

The\u00a0Hotel da Ameira<\/b>\u00a0is a charming hotel in the countryside, 4.1km from the city centre and 9min travel by car or bus. The breakfast is relatively simple. This year we planned the \u201cMeet the Artist\u201d outside, at the hotel terrace and offer a nice second coffee during this encounters.

Shuttle<\/span><\/h2>\n

We provide a shuttle bus in the morning from the hotel to the venue and 2 shuttles in the evening back to the hotel. If you want to go to the hotel during the day, please use the taxi services at your own costs ( around 5\u20ac). We will provide you with the telephone numbers of the drivers. (All venues are walking distance)<\/p>\n

Food<\/span><\/h2>\n

At the meeting point in town, the former\u00a0Hospital da Misericordia<\/b>, the provisory headquarters of O Espa\u00e7o do Tempo, we serve lunch and dinner \u2013 mediterranean, also with a vegetarian and vegan option. The meals are included in the participant fee. Please let us know in advance if you have any food restrictions or intolerance.<\/p>\n

Weather<\/span><\/h2>\n

Usually the weather in June is mild, average 29\u00b0 during the day, and 12\u00b0-14\u00b0 during the night, but it can also get hotter during the day and colder during the night. It is good to bring sun protection, a hat and swim wear for the hotel pool and a warmer sweater for the night.<\/p>\n

Health<\/span><\/h2>\n

A pharmacy (Farm\u00e1cia da Miseric\u00f3rdia, Largo Gen. Humberto Delegado 12<\/b>) is just on the side of our meeting point\/bar in town. Montemor-o-Novo has a Health Centre with services for foreigners.<\/p>\n
